1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Current ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Current provides AI-generated outfit recommendations, a wardrobe management tool, and a styling chat assistant. Outfit suggestions and product links are for informational purposes. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or accuracy of any product listing. Affiliate links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: upload content you do not have rights to; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; circumvent usage limits or access controls; use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the billing page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of images and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content to provide the Service. We do not use your wardrobe photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated recommendations are not professional styling advice. We are not liable for any purchases made through product links.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
